January - Gluten Free Flour Tortillas

Been missing a good flour tortilla then you don't want to miss this months meeting.  I'm making homemade gluten free flour tortillas.  This is a recipe I have developed which makes an outstanding gluten free tortilla.  If you've been missing tortillas then you'll want to come and experience this.  Hopefully there will be extras for people to take with them.

Great Kickoff Meeting

We had a great turn out for our first meeting.  We tasted various frozen pizza products plus I over made pizzas.  There were pizzas everywhere.  King Soopers on the Northside generously donated $20 which was used towards purchasing the gluten free supplies.

Our next meeting will be on Monday October 25, 6PM, at Fellowship of the Rockies Church, corner of Northern and Pueblo Blvd..

NEW GLUTEN FREE SUPPORT IN PUEBLO CO

Come join the new Pueblo GIG.  If you are striving to live a gluten free life then your right for this group.  We will have cooking demonstrations, education, exchange ideas and of course gluten free food.
We meet every FOURTH monday of the month at Fellowship of the Rockies, Pueblo CO.
Join our kick off celebration September 27 at 6:00 PM.
